Every time I sit down to write this review, I hesitate.  Why?  Given how vocal I’ve been about Rhodia Webbies, surely I’d relish reviewing them?  Turns out, the answer’s “Not really”.

I love Rhodia Webbies – seriously. The only notebook I’ve used that comes close is the JOTTRR.  But by reviewing them, I will take away their magic.  I will turn them into “just another notebook I have reviewed on my endless quest for notebooks”.  I really don’t want that to happen.

Dot Webbie

When Rhodia announced that they would produce a Webbie with their dotted paper (cunningly known by the cool kids as the Dot Webbie), I was over the moon.  As much as I love lined and blank paper (I have no opinion on graph paper!), dotted paper is so much more awesome.  Dots are the way of the future!  When Papernation got them in stock, I ordered 4.  Last week I retired my too-large Moleskine and started a Dot Webbie, and you know what?

They’re great!

If you’ve never used a Webbie, go out and buy one.  Choose the style of paper you prefer, it doesn’t matter.  If you’re not sure what to buy, choose the dotted option.  You won’t be disappointed.  If you already own a Webbie, you don’t need any convincing.  Hello, and thanks for being part of the Orange revolution.

Turns out writing this “review” doesn’t have to be hard.  If you don’t believe my profession of love, many of my blogger friends have done reviews, and you may believe their professions of love instead.

The Peaceable Writer has done a mega-list of Webbie reviews, which you can find here:
